Women's FEST Diamond Sponsor Olivia Travel has donated an incredible riverboat cruise for this year, "A Taste of France." Due to Delaware regulations on raffle events, FEST Raffle tickets must be purchased in person via cash / check. Tickets are $25 each, or five for $100.
